THREE ARE ALTERNATES, FIVE ARE REGULAR VOTING MEMBERS.
SO THE THE FIVE NEW COMMISSIONERS WILL BE HERE AT THE IN THE SEPTEMBER MEETING, WHICH WILL PROBABLY SPEND SOME TIME ORIENTING THEM TO THE PROCESSES, PROCEDURES, LAWS, THINGS LIKE THAT.
