WE HAD A 23% INCREASE IN NARCOTIC ARRESTS.
AND THEN NUMBER ONE BY FAR IS CRIME THAT WE HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IN WESTLAKE IS OUR LARCENY THEFTS.
SO THE VERY BOTTOM HERE TELLS THE TALE.
BUT FOR WESTLAKE SPECIFICALLY, 94.1% OF YOUR PART ONE CRIMES ARE PROPERTY CRIMES.
29 OF THE 34 PART ONE CRIMES ARE LARCENY THEFTS, PRIMARILY COMING OUT OF VEHICLES.
MOST OF THOSE UNLOCKED, MOST OF THEM VALUABLES LEFT IN THE CARS.
AND SO IF WE COULD IF 29 OF THE 34 ARE LARCENY THEFT, THREE MORE WERE BURGLARY, THAT ONLY LEAVES TWO MORE CRIMES IN WESTLAKE FOR 2022 THAT WE COULD COUNT ON OUR PART ONE CRIMES.
