IT'S JUST BASICALLY THIS THAT THOSE TWO LOTS WERE COMBINED.

INTO ONE LOT 2022, AND NOW THEY'RE WANTING TO PUT THEM BACK OUT INTO TWO LOTS.

THE ONLY THING AS FAR AS THE REASON BEHIND THAT, ALL I KNOW IS THAT THERE'S A COURTS A COURT ORDER THAT DEALING WITH THIS TO TO GET THAT LOT SPLIT AGAIN. SO IT DOES MEET THE ZONING REQUIREMENTS.

SO WE'RE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OKAY.

ON THAT ONE. WE DO NEED TO OPEN THE PUBLIC HEARING UP.

YEP. AND THEN THE OTHER ONE HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN AT THE REQUEST OF THE APPLICANT.

YEP. OKAY. SO I'LL OPEN A PUBLIC HEARING.
